ui/ux & web designer (graphic design + digital media)

The UI/UX & Web Designer – Graphic & Digital Media will be responsible for designing and maintaining MAGAS's websites, digital interfaces, and creative assets to deliver an intuitive and engaging user experience. This role combines creativity, usability, and strategic thinking to enhance the platform's digital presence, drive engagement, and support marketing and business objectives. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to design strategy, and help scale creative operations for internal and client-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, and microsites focused on usability, engagement, and conversions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive UI designs for web and mobile interfaces.
• Conduct user research and testing to optimize usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of designs.
• Develop visual assets for social media campaigns, digital marketing, presentations, emailers, and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all internal and external touchpoints.
• Create illustrations, infographics, and creative storytelling visuals to support business objectives.
• Participate in digital strategy discussions and provide creative solutions aligned with business goals.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, product, operations, and client teams to ensure design meets functional and commercial requirements.
• Maintain organized design systems, templates, and visual documentation for scalable and reusable operations.
• Stay updated with trends in UX/UI, web design, and digital marketing; suggest innovative solutions and process improvements.
• Optimize design production, approvals, version control, and project delivery processes.
• Contribute to the creation of SOPs, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2 - 5 years of professional experience in web design, UX/UI, or graphic design; strong portfolios from internships or projects will be considered.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), Figma, Canva.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to translate complex business or product concepts into engaging and intuitive designs.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working across teams and with external partners.
