We are looking for a personable and organized Front Desk Executive to be the welcoming face of our company. This role involves greeting visitors, handling inquiries, managing the front desk area, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Greet visitors and manage visitor logs.
  • Answer and forward phone calls.
  • Manage office supplies and order as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling and meeting room bookings.
  • Address staff inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments.
  • Assist in planning company events and meetings.
  • Maintain visitor records and other relevant data.
  • Manage filing systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
