Hotel Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a polite, smart, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to manage our hotel’s front office operations. You will be the first point of contact for guests and must ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience, handle guest queries, and maintain excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Manage check-in / check-out through PMS software
- Attend phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping & kitchen regarding guest needs
- Maintain guest records, ID verification, and billing accuracy
- Manage cash, payments, invoices, and shift closing
- Handle complaints politely and resolve them quickly
- Upsell rooms, restaurant services, and events
- Monitor lobby cleanliness and guest movement
- Ensure smooth operation during peak hours
**Required Skills**:
- Good communication in English & Hindi
- Polite personality and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professional grooming & punctuality
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 12th pass (Hotel management preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior Front Office / Reception experience in hotels is a plus
- Freshers with good communication may also apply
Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
- 10 hours duty with weekly off
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,447.86 per month
