Role Description

  • Book-keeping and accounting in (Win-yatra).
  • Monthly closing of books and making adjustment entries in Accounting Software.
  • Filling of TDS and GST returns.
  • Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts.
  • Preparing base data for financial statements, reports and budgets.
  • Prepare MIS and data as required by Auditor's.
  • Manage all types of accounting entries in accounting software
  • Manage all Closing entries on month end.
  • Filling Monthly / Annually GST Compliance in due time (Preparation of Monthly GST Returns, GST Reconciliation).
  • Filling Monthly / Quarterly / Annually TDS Compliance in due time (Calculation of TDS payable, payment of TDS and filling of TDS returns).
  • Assist in closing monthly financial Statement in due time.
  • Co-ordination with other department for pending accounting issues.
  • Preparation of MIS reports as per requirement of Auditors.
  • Proficiently use MS Office Excel, including V-lookup, Pivot tables, and advanced Excel functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 3-5 years' experience in accounting & taxation
  • Well-versed with Tally and working with SAP would be more advantage.
  • Sound with accounting concepts /principles and practices.
  • Functional knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in the travel industry and Win-yatra software will be an added advantage
