Location: Remote or hybrid (India)Company: International online product with proprietary platform and licenseEmployment type: Full-timeAbout UsWe are an international iGaming product operating in the Indian market, focused on real users and long-term growth.Our strengths in-house tech, local PSP expertise, advanced CRM, and a strong retention & acquisition team.We're not intermediaries — we're full-cycle operators focused on scale and ROI.Who We're Looking ForAn experienced Affiliate Manager who:• Understands the Indian iGaming ecosystem (players, traffic, payments, seasonality, regions);• Knows how to work with high-value partners and build a network where LTV > CPA;• Can spot non-performing or low-quality traffic from a mile away;• Has a strong network within the affiliate and performance marketing space (arbitrage, agencies, CPA networks, local publishers).Responsibilities• Develop and scale our affiliate program in the Indian market;• Identify, onboard, and manage key affiliates and partners;• Analyze traffic and optimize ROI across all channels;• Monitor KPIs, boost partner retention and profitability;• Collaborate on creatives, landings, GEOs, and formats;• Deliver reports, insights, and conversion funnel improvements.Requirements• 2+ years of experience in iGaming / Betting / Fintech / Performance Marketing;• Strong understanding of the Indian market and local PSP landscape (Razorpay, PayU, UPI, wallet services, etc.);• Solid grasp of key metrics — CPA, CPL, RevShare, LTV, ROI, retention, ARPU;• Proven network of affiliate contacts;• Fluent English (Hindi is a plus);• Analytical mindset, independence, and strong communication skills.We Offer• High base + uncapped performance bonuses;• A chance to work in a global team with deep market expertise;• Access to top-tier partners, trackers, and analytics tools;• Freedom to shape the affiliate strategy and impact growth directly;• Trips to major affiliate conferences (SiGMA, iGB, Affiliate World).You're the One If You:• Know which traffic sources and offers are working in India right now;• Can calculate ROI without opening Excel;• Want to join a high-performing international product with real results.
