GBS Enabling Solutions owns, designs, governs, deploys and supports global template products critical to bp's success, such as SAP global financial template,

•
As a SAP - CO person you will use your
business and accounting knowledge to work on solution design questions

relating to bp's finance SAP solution .

•
In addition, you'll work with technical teams to ensure the successful build and test of the solution and prepare the stakeholder for Change from ECC to S4

•
You will also provide support to the S/4 Transformation team on design questions for the future bp Template.

Business Requirements:

Understand business requirements and complex business processes, break them down into simplified requirements for solution investigation .

Global Standard Solutions:

Propose designs for global standard solutions to meet business needs .

Stakeholder Communication:

Explain concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders .

Functional Specifications:

Prepare or provide input to functional specifications for solution design .

Presentation Materials:

Support the preparation, structure, and delivery of presentation materials for template familiarization, template fit-gap, solution design, user training, and team knowledge sharing .

Training and Peer Review:

Support template fit-gap and user training sessions and participate in the peer review process for design changes .

Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and delineate problems, investigate and resolve solution incidents, and conduct root cause analysis .

Cross-Functional Input:

Identify designs that need cross-functional input and advise on integration considerations for interfaces from external systems .

Testing Scenarios:

Provide testing scenarios for new designs or changes to ensure robust solutions .

Agile Principles:

Understand, adopt, and embrace agile principles and ways of working .

Essential experience and job requirements

•
Suitably qualified professional in Finance ( CA/CA (Inter)/Post Graduation in Finance (from reputed university).

•
Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex processes and influence a wide range of stakeholders.

•
Passion and experience in capturing business requirements and improving processes and systems.

•
General understanding of systems deployment activities.

•
Ability to work and collaborate within a virtual global team environment

Ability to prioritise effectively.

Ability to learn and be the authority on template solutions

Ability to formulate and solve problems

Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams and delivery teams.

•
Deep knowledge and experience of working with SAP FICO Processes in a multi-national organisation

•
Deep knowledge of the SAP FICO functionality relating to FI-GL, AR, AP, AA and working knowledge of Controlling

•
Deep knowledge of accounting and posting schemas in SAP.

•
Deep knowledge and experience of SAP Finance design in ECC, S/4 HANA and CFIN environments.

•
Good knowledge on Group Reporting functionality.
