About the Role:

We're looking for a
Senior Visual Designer
to join our growing Brand team at Uniqode. This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary designer who thrives on solving visual problems across channels, owning creative outcomes, and elevating a high-growth brand.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, and people teams to build a cohesive, high-impact visual identity across all touchpoints from campaigns and landing pages to internal culture and events. If you have a strong design craft, a keen eye for detail, and the drive to bring consistency and energy to brand experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for in our Senior Visual Designer:

  • Campaign & Marketing Design:
    Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to bring campaigns and GTM plans to life through compelling visuals, social assets, ad creatives, landing pages, micro sites and more.
  • Brand Evolution:
    Help define and evolve the visual language of the Uniqode brand across digital, print, and motion ensuring consistency, freshness, and recall.
  • Design Systems & Templates:
    Build reusable design assets and templates that help scale creative production while maintaining quality and alignment.
  • Visual Content for Product & Internal Comms:
    Support internal teams with branded content for events, employer branding, social proof, and more.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with writers, product designers, marketers, and video/motion partners to ship high-quality creative work.

What we expect from you:

  • Has
    6–8 years of experience
    in visual/brand design across digital platforms, preferably in high-growth B2B or B2C companies.
  • Has strong
    typography, layout, UIUX
    and composition skills
    with a portfolio that shows both visual taste and execution across mediums.
  • Is proficient with tools like
    Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and is curious about AI tools that improve creative workflows.
  • Has a collaborative mindset, can take feedback, give thoughtful critique, and iterate fast.
  • Understands how brand design contributes to
    business goals and marketing metrics
    .
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Is organized, takes ownership of timelines, and communicates effectively.
