We are hiring a Senior Product Designer Visual & Interaction to craft polished, intuitive, and scalable experiences for enterprise web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on translating complex business processes into visually coherent and highly usable interfaces, ensuring that every detail from micro-interactions to system-wide visual standards supports business efficiency and user satisfaction.

You will partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver experiences that balance function and form, optimizing both usability and brand consistency. Your work will ensure enterprise products are not only powerful but also intuitive and engaging for business users.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design of enterprise interfaces with a strong focus on usability and visual clarity.
- Define interaction patterns that improve workflow efficiency and reduce user friction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate both visual direction and interaction flow.
- Conduct usability testing with business users to refine and validate design decisions.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems that ensure consistent, scalable design patterns.
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across different devices and enterprise environments.

What You Bring

- 35 years of B2B product design experience with a portfolio showcasing both visual design and interaction design expertise.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction patterns, and enterprise workflow needs.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with experience in scalable design systems.
- Ability to simplify complex interfaces without compromising functionality.
- Clear communication skills for articulating design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of visual and interaction designs.
