Prepare Advance Licence application statement with Export Product (HSN Code) and

Import Product (HSN Code).

 File Advance Licence application online, pay required fees, and submit to Joint DGFT,

Mumbai.

 Coordinate and follow up with DGFT for issuance of Licence.

 Prepare Advance Licence Registration and LUT Bond execution applications, ensure

completion with Customs Authority.

 Manage Import clearance under Advance Licence and coordinate with Export

Department.

 Maintain Advance Licence records Invoice-wise and Shipping Bill-wise.

 Prepare and file application for Redemption of Advance Licence with Chartered

Accountant certification, and submit to DGFT.

 After redemption, apply for LUT Bond cancellation with Customs Authority.

 Maintain complete Licence-wise record of Export and Import with full details.

 Keep track of validity of all Licences and ensure timely renewals.

 Prepare and follow up for various statutory Licences/permissions as required.

Qualifications & Experience

 Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Management, or related discipline.

 5–8 years of experience in API / Chemical / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.

 Strong knowledge of DGFT procedures, Customs Regulations, Export-Import

documentation.

 Experience in handling Advance Licence, LUT Bonds, and Redemptionprocesses.

 Proficiency in MS Office, DGFT Online Systems, and documentation.

Skills Required

 Good understanding of Export-Import compliance.

 Strong communication and coordination skills.

 Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

 Problem-solving ability in dealing with government authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹700,000.00 per year
