We are seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our financial planning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, excellent quantitative skills, and a keen attention to detail.

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing insightful financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modelling to provide accurate insights into the client's financial journey, and projections.
  • Variance Analysis: Analyze actual financial results against budgeted and forecasted figures, identifying key drivers of variances and providing explanations to management.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and economic factors that could impact the client's financial performance.
  • Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and expenses of the client, recommending strategies for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flows, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the client's financial stability and adherence to financial commitments.
  • Financial Planning: Contribute to the development of financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including insurance, operations, and business development to gather relevant data and insights for analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree in Finance or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and using tools such as Microsoft Excel, financial software.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180, ₹300,000.00 per year
