**Investment Research Intern - Financial Strategy & Analysis**

**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated **Investment Research Intern - Financial Strategy & Analysis** to join our Strategic Finance team. If you have a keen interest in company research, financial modeling, and identifying investment opportunities through both fundamental and technical analysis, this internship is your gateway to hands-on experience in high-impact financial decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed company research, including business model and market position evaluations
- Assist in identifying investment opportunities using financial data, trends, and market research
- Perform fundamental and technical analysis, including use of key indicators like RSI, MACD, and moving averages
- Track and assess cash flow patterns, budgeting, and internal financial health
- Build and maintain internal reports, dashboards, and trackers related to investments and finance
- Present insights and recommendations to the leadership team in a structured format
- Strong interest in financial research, investing, and strategy
- Familiarity with financial statements and analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets - including formulas, charts, and data analysis tools
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business

**Bonus Skills** _(A Plus for Your Application)_
- Experience using platforms like TradingView, Screener, TickerTape, or ChartIQ
- Prior exposure to stock market simulations, paper trading, or investment clubs
- Hands-on with financial modeling, valuation techniques, or dashboards
- Passionate about startups, new-age finance, or fintech

**Expectations (What to Expect)**
- **Work Hours**: 46 hours per week, 8 hours per day
- **Internship Duration**: 3-6 months, with potential for full-time conversion based on performance
- **Work from Home**: Permanent WFH setup if performance expectations are met
- **Equipment Requirements**: Dual monitor setup, minimum 8GB RAM, and 50 Mbps internet speed

Pay: ₹8,410.60 - ₹15,000.00 per month
