As an Investment Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in conducting thorough financial research, analyzing investment opportunities, and providing critical insights to support informed investment decisions. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our investment strategies and portfolio management efforts. You will collaborate closely with portfolio managers, research teams, and other stakeholders to identify and evaluate potential investments across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of companies, industries, and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.

· Valuation: Utilize various valuation methods, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions, to estimate the intrinsic value of potential investments.

· Investment Recommendations: Develop clear, well-reasoned investment recommendations based on your analysis, taking into account risk-return trade-offs and alignment with the investment strategy.

· Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor and assess the performance of existing investments in the portfolio, track key performance indicators, and provide timely updates to portfolio managers.

· Market and Industry Research: Stay abreast of relevant economic, financial, and industry developments, identifying trends and opportunities that could impact investment decisions.

· Report Generation: Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, communicating complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

· Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with investment decisions and propose risk mitigation strategies to safeguard portfolio performance.

· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and compliance guidelines while conducting investment analysis and making recommendations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Educational Background: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Pursuing advanced degrees (such as CWM, CFP, CFA, or equivalent) are preferred.

· Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.

· Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and valuation techniques.

· Research Proficiency: Proficient in using financial databases, research tools, and data sources to gather relevant information for analysis.

· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in analysis and reporting.

· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving investment landscape.

· Ethical Standards: Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all investment-related activities.

· Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling software & MIS, and other relevant tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹350,000.00 per year
