Designation - Sr. Officer - Engineering

Role - Engineer - Maintenance, HVAC and Clean Utilities for API & Intermediate Manufacturing Plant

Education & Experience -

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 3-5 years of maintenance, facilities, and utilities

• Hands on working experience on engineering equipment operation & troubleshooting. 

• API Industry experience is preferred

Job Description -

• Accountable for all activity at HVAC & Clean Utility like Nitrogen Plant and Purified Water system.

• Under direct or minimal supervision, perform operations, maintenance, routine replacements of Clean Utilities like HVAC system Inc. Maintaining clean rooms environment, Nitrogen Generation and Distribution system, purified Water generation at the Site while complying with GMP and EHS requirements

• Maintain and Monitor Clean Utilities in state of Compliance as per the set specifications including review of daily log book and coordinating with agencies for scheduled testing & monitoring of Nitrogen systems, clean rooms environment and purified Water system.

• Co-ordinate with user department for scheduled sanitizations of purified water system, testing of HVAC and Nitrogen and perform the same. Schedule and co-ordinate cross functional activities like Microbial testing for clean utilities.

• Responsible for Shift activity coordination at : Utilities, Maintenance, HVAC

• When operating as Shift Lead accountable to Support for Plant Maintenance execution, Monitoring & completion of Shift activity through prioritization

• Member of the site Plant Engineering team and Point of contact for shift activity when in role of Shift Lead

• Reports KPIs for function and drives continuous improvements at HVAC, Clean utility & for KPIs related to Maintenance when as Shift lead.

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise -

• HVAC – for Pharma Applications High Side Comprising Chillers Low side- AHUs & related ancillaries. Knowledge of Environment Monitoring of Clean Room HVAC. 

• Clean Utility –Operations and Maintenance of Purified water including sanitizations etc. HVAC Environment monitoring, Nitrogen Generation,

• Hands on experience at Operation and Maintenance of Utility equipment, HVAC units , Pumps

• Knowledge / hands on – SAP-PM,

• All EHS & Statutory compliance related to Utilities.

• Handling of Shift Operations and work prioritization

Good To Have

• Operation & Handling of Automation system like BMS for utility Operations

• Good to Have: Working in a GMP environment & systems, Paperless setup, Automated Utility operations.
