Lead the design, development, andmaintenance of enterprise -grade Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence (BI), andEmbedded Analytics solutions in collaboration with cross -functional businessand technical teams.Architect, develop, and optimizecomplex BI solutions, including interactive dashboards, reports, ETL processes,and advanced data visualizations to support strategic decision -making.Integrate and transform data fromdiverse sources (files, cloud platforms, APIs, databases) into centralized datawarehouse and data lake environments.Drive performance tuning,optimization, and scalability improvements to ensure BI solutions deliver highavailability and fast query performance.Develop and maintain comprehensivetechnical documentation, including data models, data dictionaries, processflows, and user guides, ensuring version control and knowledge continuity.Provide technical leadership,guidance, and mentorship to junior developers and analysts within the BI team.Collaborate with stakeholders totranslate business requirements into actionable BI solutions aligned withorganizational goals.Offer production supportduring off -hours, weekends, or holidays when required to ensure businesscontinuity and system reliability RequirementsStrong proficiency in Data Analysis,Data Cleansing, Transformation, Loading (ETL), and Visualization, with a deepunderstanding of data modeling and optimization best practices.Proven experience in BI solutiondesign, including dashboards, reports, relational and multidimensional datamodeling, and BI platform administration, migration, and upgrades.Advanced skills in SQL for developingcomplex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.Hands -on experience with ETL or Data engineering toolssuch as Informatica, IBM DataStage, AWS Glue or equivalent technologies for dataintegration and workflow automation.Expertise with leading VisualizationPlatforms—preferably Amazon QuickSight, or alternatively Bold BI , Power BI,Tableau, or Qlik.Domain knowledge in fraud and riskmanagement, retail payments, banking, or financial services.Strong aptitude for learning andimplementing emerging BI and data technologies to meet evolving business needs.Excellent problem -solving andanalytical skills, with a proactive and self -driven work approach.Effective communication skills(verbal and written), with the ability to engage both technical andnon -technical stakeholders.Strong presentation, documentation,and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring,and team management capabilities in a collaborative, fast -paced environment.
