The ideal candidate should have strong experience in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, along with excellent analytical and data modeling skills.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements to design Power BI reports and dashboards.Develop and publish Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards for business stakeholders.Connect to various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and APIs.Develop data models using Power BI Desktop, DAX, and Power Query (M language).Optimize data sets and visuals for performance and usability.Schedule data refreshes and manage access through Power BI service.Ensure data accuracy and report integrity through validation and testing.Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders.Provide end -user training and support as required.Required Skills:Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or BI Analyst.Strong proficiency in Power BI (Power BI Desktop and Service).Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.Experience in data visualization best practices.Knowledge of Excel, Power Platform, and other BI tools is a plus.Strong problem -solving and communication skills.
