Location: Eruveli, Chottanikkara P.O, Ernakulam

(Work from home option is not available)

Work Time: 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM (Monday to Saturday)

  • Flexibility to work occasionally at our shop in Petta, Ernakulam.
  • Permanent work location will be Eruveli, Chottanikkara P.O.
  • Preference will be given to candidates staying near Chottanikkara/Eruveli.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide online chat support to customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Promote products/services and close sales through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely support.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in telecalling or online sales.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or online sales will be an added advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and related tools.
