**Responsibilities**:
**Timely Deliveries**: Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers' doorsteps within the designated time frame.

**Package Handling**: Handle packages with care to ensure the products are delivered in pristine condition.

**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service during the delivery process, addressing customer inquiries and maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

**Route Navigation**: Navigate through Kerala's streets and neighborhoods using maps or GPS devices to optimize delivery routes.

**Document Management**: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and any customer feedback or concerns.

**Adherence to Safety Regulations**: Comply with all safety guidelines and traffic rules while on the road.

**Cooperation with the Team**: Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination of delivery operations.

**Requirements**:

- Valid two-wheeler driving license and a reliable bike/scooter for making deliveries.
- Good knowledge of Kerala's geographical locations to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle packages of varying sizes and weights.
- Attention to detail and a responsible work ethic.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to dynamic delivery schedules.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Part-time hours: 40-60 per week

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,706.27 per month
