Key Responsibilities

  • Jira/Confluence/JSM System Administration
  • Own the performance, reliability, and uptime of supported application like Jira and TestRail
  • Manage application upgrades, Database upgrades, maintenance and setup
  • Administer application, handle tier-3 tickets and address vulnerability in all supported applications.
  • Minimize risks of reliability-related downtime, ensuring durability, availability and high performance
  • Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in system reliability.
  • Write scripts to automate and handle administrative tasks
  • Manage infrastructure (AWS or equivalent deployed infrastructure) behind each supported application.
  • Migrate applications to other variants/tools based on business requirements.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

·
10+ years
of relevant experience in
operations, analysis, and troubleshooting
of large-scale cloud based infrastructure or large scale on-premises deployments.

· Jira Workflow experience including:

o  ScriptRunner/Groovy

o  Jira Misc Workflow Extension (JMWE)

o  Jira Workflow Toolbox (JWT)

o  JSU Automation

· Proven expertise in
developing automation
using Python or other scripting languages.

· Strong
Linux/Unix
skills

· Experience
in Jira/Confluence/JSM system administration

    effective monitoring solutions
    including alerting for proactive monitoring.
