  • Manage end-to-end compliance under GST, including filings, reconciliations, and audits.
  • Handle customs compliance for imports/exports including SEZ, EOU, bonded warehousing.
  • Ensure optimal tax structure for domestic and international transactions.
  • Lead indirect tax assessments, litigation, and coordination with external consultants.
  • Monitor legislative changes and assess their business impact.
  • Ensure indirect tax accounting is compliant with US GAAP and SOX requirements.
  • Develop and maintain SOX-compliant documentation for key tax processes.
  • Work with supply chain and commercial teams to optimize tax planning.
  • Coordinate with group tax team on transfer pricing implications and global VAT/GST exposures.
Qualifications
  • CA with 10–14 years' experience in indirect taxation within MNCs (preferably pharma).
  • Deep knowledge of Indian GST, customs, and export incentives.
  • Experience in tax audits, litigation, and working with legal advisors.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP tax accounting and SOX compliance.
  • Proficiency in SAP and indirect tax tools
