We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining our study abroad and visa services, and assisting them through the admission or visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Provide detailed information about study visa options, universities, and courses.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments or walk-ins.
  • Assist the counselling team by scheduling meetings with interested students.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any field.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or education consultancy preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred).
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
