**Position: Telecaller**
**Job Summary**: A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers with the aim of promoting products, services, or campaigns, as well as gathering information, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves effective communication, persuasion, and the ability to build report over the phone.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to a list of provided leads or existing customers.
2. Introduce products, services, or promotional offers to customers and explain their benefits.
3. Collect and update customer information accurately in the database during or after the call.
4. Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about products or services.
5. Follow call scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency in communication.
6. Maintain a professional and courteous tone while interacting with customers.
7. Identify potential sales opportunities and pass on leads to the sales team.
8. Set appointments or schedule callbacks for interested customers.
9. Maintain a record of call outcomes and report progress to supervisors.
10. Achieve set targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions.
11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
12. Handle customer objections and attempt to overcome resistance.
13. Escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate department.
14. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about company offerings.
15. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for successful calling.
16. Continuously improve communication skills, product knowledge, and objection-handling techniques.
17.Provide feedback to the team lead or supervisor regarding customer responses, call quality, and script effectiveness.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; further education may be advantageous.
2. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role is a plus.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone manner.
4. Basic computer skills for data entry and using customer databases.
5. Patience and the ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully.
6. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate product benefits.
7. Strong organizational skills to manage call records and follow-up activities.
8. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve set goals.
9. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
10.Problem-solving skills to address customer issues independently.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,929.84 per month
