About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant/Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving end-to-end Lead-to-Cash transformation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ & Billing, a strong technical background in Salesforce ecosystem applications, and the ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce CPQ configuration including Pricing, Quoting, Subscriptions, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, and manage the product backlog.

Facilitate sprint planning, grooming, and Agile ceremonies while ensuring timely delivery of CPQ enhancements.

Partner with Sales, Order-to-Cash, Finance, and Customer Support teams to design and implement seamless end-to-end processes.

Provide troubleshooting and production support for CPQ and Billing solutions, ensuring system stability and performance.

Drive cross-cloud integrations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, AppExchange solutions) to optimize customer experience.

Work with architects and technical teams to design and implement integrations via APIs and data flows.

Apply best practices in SaaS application delivery across Lead-to-Cash and Asset Lifecycle Management.

Engage in project/program management activities, ensuring alignment with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical solutions into business value.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ & Billing (Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Subscription, Revenue).

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud; exposure to Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and AppExchange is a plus.

Solid understanding of system architecture, integrations, APIs, and data management.

Experience in requirements gathering, backlog management, sprint execution, and Agile practices.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with CPQ/Billing solutions.

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Salesforce Administrator (Admin 201)

Salesforce CPQ Specialist

Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

Nice to Have

Experience with program/project management in Agile/Scrum/DevOps environments.

Background in SaaS Lead-to-Cash and Asset Lifecycle Management.
