
Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn, Google, and B2B directories to identify and build a strong pipeline of international leads (distributors, nutritionists, pharmacy chains, etc.)
Outreach Messaging: Send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and Export Databases to connect with potential leads.
Lead Research & Prospecting: Identify and qualify international prospects in accordance with company criteria.
International Lead Generation: Generate a steady pipeline of high-quality international B2B leads.
Call Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule discovery calls/meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
Follow-ups & Nurturing: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
Reporting & Tracking: Update lead databases/CRM and share reports on outreach and lead generation activities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales & business development team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
Requirements
● Fluent in English (spoken & written)
● Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google, and email tools for lead generation
● Curious, research-driven, and goal-oriented
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Self-starter with a proactive attitude
● Organized and consistent with follow-ups
● Willingness to learn and grow rapidly
