Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) Manager. The HSEQ Manager will oversee and implement health, safety, environmental, and quality protocols while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining HSEQ policies, conducting risk assessments, leading audits, and promoting a culture of safety and quality. The role also involves training staff on HSEQ standards and ensuring operational processes are aligned with efficiency and compliance goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) management and compliance
- Skills in risk assessment, auditing, and implementation of safety protocols
- Strong leadership abilities to train and guide teams on HSEQ policies
- Knowledge of maritime industry regulations is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field; certifications like ISO or NEBOSH are beneficial
- Experience in HSEQ roles within maritime, logistics, or related industries preferred
