Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Direct-to-Home (DTH) Specialist, located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The DTH Specialist will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of direct-to-home satellite systems, providing troubleshooting and technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of DTH technology, educating customers on product usage, and collaborating with team members to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in installation and maintenance of DTH satellite systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest DTH technology advancements
  • Team collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in electronics or related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
