Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Manager located in Gurugram. The Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of property management, maintaining facility standards, budgeting, and delivering excellent customer service. Key tasks include managing maintenance schedules, coordinating with service providers, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and addressing tenant and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Estate Management, Property Management, and Facility Management (FM)
  • Strong Budgeting skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with service providers and teams
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using management information systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in facilities management or property management is advantageous
