Operations Management

Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the daily functioning of restaurants, bars, and catering services.

Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs to design appealing and profitable menus.

Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating prices to ensure high-quality products and efficient inventory management.

Inventory & Stock: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages and control costs. Staff & Leadership

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule food and beverage staff, fostering a positive work environment. Performance Management: Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular reviews to ensure high standards are met.

Develop Service Standards: Implement and enforce service standards and procedures to ensure excellent customer service.

Financial & Administrative

Budget Control: Analyze financial reports, manage department budgets, and ensure compliance with financial objectives. Revenue & Costs: Monitor revenues and expenses to meet financial targets and optimize profitability.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on department performance and operational efficiency.

Compliance & Quality Food Safety:

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including hygienic practices, food storage, and staff protocols.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards for food quality, service delivery, and overall guest experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
