Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, and providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of packaging materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**:
**-**Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of packaging materials.

**2. Store Operations**:
**-**Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of packaging materials.
- Ensure the store/warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
- Implement and maintain 5S practices.

**3. Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

**4. Logistics and Coordination**:
**-**Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials.
- Manage the movement of goods within the store/warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**5. Reporting and Analysis**:
**-**Prepare and submit regular inventory reports and analysis.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements.

**Skills**:
**-**Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
