About the Role

We are looking for a skilled
Automation Anywhere Developer
with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building robust automation workflows, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of bots across processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using
    Automation Anywhere (AA360 / A2019 / V11)
    .
  • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into RPA solutions.
  • Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries for automation.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of bots in production environments.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Maintain and monitor bots to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation including solution design, test cases, and user guides.
  • Support upgrades, patches, and migrations of AA platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of RPA development experience
    with strong hands-on expertise in
    Automation Anywhere
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AA360 / A2019 / V11
    platform features, including IQ Bots, Bot Creator, Bot Insights, and Control Room.
  • Strong knowledge of
    RPA best practices
    , design patterns, and governance.
  • Experience integrating AA with APIs, databases, and external applications.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (VBScript, Python, JavaScript, or .NET) for automation enhancements.
  • Hands-on experience with
    document processing, OCR, and cognitive automation tools
    .
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

  • AA
    Advanced Developer Certification
    (Master RPA Professional or equivalent).
  • Exposure to other RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
  • Experience in AI/ML-based automation or intelligent document processing.
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP) for RPA solutions.
