Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA bots using Automation Anywhere based on business requirements.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing bot workflows for improved performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand automation needs and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Maintain, monitor, and enhance bots post-deployment, ensuring high availability and accuracy.
  • Document all development processes, configurations, and updates for transparency and future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere development (preferably A2019/A360).
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts, process design, and automation best practices.
  • Experience with control room, bot lifecycle management, and exception handling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively in a remote environment.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
