Key Responsibilities:

Industrial Warehouse Construction projects experience must.

  • Effective Coordination: Liaise efficiently with contractors, planning teams, and other departments to ensure smooth execution and timely progress of the project.
  • Site Monitoring: Oversee all site activities and ensure execution through field engineers in line with the approved schedule.
  • Quality Control Collaboration: Coordinate with the Quality Control department to continuously improve workmanship and quality standards at the site.
  • Drawing Review: Review construction drawings thoroughly before and during project execution to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Post-Monsoon Assessment: Analyze and review post-monsoon reports for assessing site conditions and planning corrective actions.
  • Project Execution: Ensure completion of the project adhering to safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, and time commitments.
  • Design Optimization: Propose and implement design or technical modifications that enhance project cost-efficiency and reduce timelines, based on actual site conditions.
  • Project Handover: Ensure proper handover of the project to the maintenance division post-completion, with all necessary documentation and standards met.
  • BOQ Verification: Validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) against executed work and obtain timely approvals from management.
  • Billing & Payments: Verify and certify contractor invoices for accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts to support seamless financial operations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Material Management: Raise material indents as per project requirements to maintain uninterrupted site progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹603, ₹2,078,679.38 per year
