Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the development of Java based software projects from start to finishThis includes working with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements creating project plans and schedules tracking project progress and managing risks communicating with project stakeholders approving deliverables resolving project issues and ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standardsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to the development teamThis includes ensuring that the team is using the latest Java technologies best practices and design patternsStay up to date on the latest Java technologies and trendsThis includes attending conferences reading blogs and taking online coursesContribute to the development of the company s Java strategyThis includes identifying new opportunities for using Java and recommending improvements to the company s Java infrastructureTechnical Requirements:Primary skills Technology Java Java ALLExperience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud PlatformFamiliarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or ScrumUnderstanding of software version control systems such as Git or SubversionCertification in Java or related technologiesAdditional Responsibilities:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience with atleast 3 years of project management experienceStrong understanding of Java programming concepts and technologiesProficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or ScrumExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Skills:Technology->Java->Java - ALL
