Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage data entry and typing tasks related to day-to-day office activities. The ideal candidate should possess good computer skills, accuracy in typing, and the ability to handle data efficiently and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, typing, and documentation of daily office activities.
- Maintain and update company databases and records accurately.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Review and verify data for accuracy before entry.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with BCA / PGDCA / DCA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data entry or office administration.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
