Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and manage data in Tally ERP with accuracy.
- Maintain financial records and update daily accounts.
- Prepare and manage reports in MS Excel (formulas, data formatting, reports).
- Draft letters, invoices, and maintain documentation in MS Word.
- Support the Accounts Department in reconciliation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of financial data.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic to intermediate level) and MS Word.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (B.Com preferred).
- Prior experience in accounts/data entry will be an added advantage.
