Position Summary

as a Solution Architect and take a leading role in shaping modern, intelligent, and data-driven enterprise solutions. You will define architecture blueprints, drive technical strategy, and guide implementation teams across end-to-end solution stacks.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technology leader with deep expertise in one or more domains—cloud platform engineering, artificial intelligence (AI/ML), advanced data architecture, or API design and integration—while maintaining a strong full stack understanding.

Work You'll Do

Lead architecture and technical design for complex enterprise systems across cloud, AI, and data domains.

Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.

Design and implement cloud-native architectures leveraging Azure, AWS, or GCP using microservices and event-driven patterns.

Architect API ecosystems and microservices with reusable, secure, and consistent design patterns (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).

Drive AI/ML solution design, model deployment, and data pipeline integration with enterprise systems.

Oversee database design and data modeling for distributed, high-performance systems using both SQL and NoSQL technologies.

Define DevOps and automation strategies using CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation), and container orchestration.

Mentor engineers, review technical designs, and lead architectural governance across projects.

Core Responsibilities

Design and govern the end-to-end technical architecture across Suites.

Key Tasks:

Review suite-level architecture, tools, and technology stacks to identify opportunities for standardization and shared components.

Define and maintain solution blueprints for common core functionality across Ascend Suites.

Establish and review the overall architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term technology vision and the Portal ecosystem.

Ensure scalability, performance, and security across all suites through consistent architectural principles and patterns.

Conduct architecture reviews and provide insights on significant design decisions across the portfolio.

Collaborate with the Foundation to identify and leverage common services, frameworks, and integration components.

Evaluate and recommend GenAI tools and accelerators that enhance delivery efficiency and developer productivity.

Define an optimal CI/CD and infrastructure strategy to improve automation, resilience, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and designing cloud-native applications.

Deep understanding of full stack architectures including frontend, backend, API, and database components.

Experience with modern API design standards and integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).

Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, SageMaker) and enterprise AI integration.

Strong database architecture skills – relational (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and non-relational (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB).

Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management in client-facing consulting environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with data lake architectures, ETL pipelines, and streaming platforms (Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake).

Knowledge of AI-driven architectures, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

Experience with serverless and event-driven systems (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as OAuth2, Zero Trust, and OpenID Connect.

Experience with API gateway and management tools (Apigee, Kong, Azure API Management).

Proven experience in architecture governance, solution reviews, and pre-sales engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

10+ years of experience in architecture and solution design across multiple domains.

Cloud or AI certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or AI Engineer) preferred.

Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
