Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and specifications for CMS projects.
  • Implement responsive design and ensure that websites are optimized for various devices and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMS implementation and performance.
  • Conduct regular updates and maintenance of existing CMS platforms.
  • Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and workflow processes in the CMS.
  • Optimize website performance, including loading speed, SEO best practices, and security measures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve CMS solutions.

Skills And Tools Required

  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Bootstrap, React, or Angular) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, particularly MySQL.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with website hosting environments and server management is desirable.
