Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Analysts (not Data Engineers) with strong expertise in Python and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically BigQuery, to support critical analytics initiatives in the Banking domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data analysis, business insights, and banking-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with large datasets using Python and GCP BigQuery for data extraction, analysis, and insights generation.
  • Apply domain knowledge in Banking/Financial Services to interpret results and provide meaningful business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP BigQuery.
  • Proven background working as an Analyst in Banking/Financial Services domain.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to SQL and other BI/reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of risk, credit, or regulatory analytics.
