About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with extensive C+

  • experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex C+

  • applications for Windows platforms.

You will leverage your deep expertise in C++, MFC, multithreading, object-oriented programming (OOP), and algorithms to deliver high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions. As a technical lead, you will mentor junior developers, drive technical decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices. Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and development of complex C+
  • applications for Windows environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Drive technical decisions and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design.
  • Develop high-performance C+
  • applications using MFC and other relevant technologies.
  • Design and implement multithreaded applications for optimal performance and responsiveness.
  • Apply strong object-oriented programming principles to create maintainable and scalable code.
  • Develop and implement efficient algorithms to solve complex problems.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in C+
  • applications.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
  • Develop applications for the Windows operating system.
  • Utilize Windows APIs and libraries effectively.
  • Understand Windows memory management, process management, and thread synchronization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
  • Participate in agile development processes.
  • Document technical designs and specifications.
  • Profile and optimize C+
  • applications for performance and memory usage.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement performance monitoring solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 6
  • years of experience in C+
  • software development.
  • Strong proficiency in C+
  • and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC).
  • Deep understanding of multithreading and concurrency concepts.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
  • Strong experience with Windows development and Windows APIs.
  • Experience with debugging and profiling C+
  • applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with testing frameworks.
  • Experience with modern C+
  • standards (C++11/14/17/20).
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g , Google Test).
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Experience with performance analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of network programming.
  • Experience with other GUI frameworks )
