Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory databases on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Prepare MIS reports related to stock levels, inward & outward movement, consumption, and aging analysis.
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
  • Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete stock items and share insights with management.
  • Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate with warehouse, purchase, and accounts teams for resolution.
  • Generate purchase requirement reports based on minimum stock levels.
  • Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly stock audits and provide required data.
  • Automate reports (Excel, ERP, or MIS tools) for better accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide timely and accurate data to management for inventory planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros preferred).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–5 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in inventory/warehouse/supply chain.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Accuracy of inventory data vs. physical stock.
  • Timeliness of MIS report submission.
  • Reduction in stock discrepancies.
  • Efficiency in report automation and analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
