Job Opening: Showroom Manager – Gurgaon

Sobé Decor is looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our luxury store in Gurgaon (Sector 58, near Grand Hyatt).

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom.
  • Manage sales targets and drive customer engagement.
  • Lead and motivate the showroom team.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product display.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure premium customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail/store management (preferably in luxury, lifestyle, or home décor segment).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams effectively.
  • Passion for design, interiors, and luxury lifestyle products.

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 58 (adjacent to Grand Hyatt)

Salary: ₹30,000 per month (negotiable, based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
