  • Collaborate with senior designers to create concept boards and sketches for new merchandise designs.
  • Assist in the sourcing of materials and trims for production.
  • Develop technical specifications and detailed drawings for garment construction.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are accurately executed.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities.
  • Participate in fittings and provide feedback on fit and construction of samples.
  • Maintain organized design files and documentation for future reference.
