Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional with a hotel management background to manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate office premises, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, hospitality, and administrative efficiency.
The role involves overseeing housekeeping, front desk/reception, and back-office coordination to maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office & Reception:
- Supervise reception operations including visitor management, call handling, and guest coordination.
- Ensure professional service standards at the front desk reflecting the company's corporate image.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments, and visitor logistics.
Housekeeping & Office Maintenance:
- Oversee housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the office premises.
- Monitor maintenance of office facilities, pantry, restrooms, and common areas.
- Manage housekeeping material inventory and liaise with vendors for cleaning supplies and services.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain high service and safety standards.
Administrative & Back Office Support:
- Coordinate with building management and vendors for repairs, utilities, and maintenance services.
- Support in facility management activities like AMC tracking, safety compliance, and space management.
- Maintain records of administrative expenses and prepare periodic reports.
- Assist in organizing internal corporate events and office functions.
