Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional with a hotel management background to manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate office premises, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, hospitality, and administrative efficiency.

The role involves overseeing housekeeping, front desk/reception, and back-office coordination to maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office & Reception:

  • Supervise reception operations including visitor management, call handling, and guest coordination.
  • Ensure professional service standards at the front desk reflecting the company's corporate image.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments, and visitor logistics.

Housekeeping & Office Maintenance:

  • Oversee housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the office premises.
  • Monitor maintenance of office facilities, pantry, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Manage housekeeping material inventory and liaise with vendors for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain high service and safety standards.

Administrative & Back Office Support:

  • Coordinate with building management and vendors for repairs, utilities, and maintenance services.
  • Support in facility management activities like AMC tracking, safety compliance, and space management.
  • Maintain records of administrative expenses and prepare periodic reports.
  • Assist in organizing internal corporate events and office functions.
