As a Content Manager, you will continue to build the Glen Culture and Brand
by creating unique meaningful website, blog, and social content for our company verticals. You demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in digital and social media platforms.
You have in-depth knowledge and understanding of digital media content creation and are obsessively passionate about researching and writing. You have proven experience working in a team of marketing professionals who create engaging marketing content that can be shared on High-quality Articles, Blogs, Social Media handles and various platforms, resulting in high website traffic. You are able to monitor trends in digital marketing and social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy to support the creation of content that achieves Glen Group's business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Content creation – Create compelling content to engage target audiences through all channels. Use analyzed data to create a captivating marketing strategy for the business.
· Management – Lead the Marketing Team to deliver a compelling content strategy. Manage content marketing budgets as required by management.
· Web expertise – Design and produce stimulating marketing strategies to effectively promote content. Deliver expert brand awareness by evaluating web traffic, and report on the results of marketing activity to create future campaigns.
· Consistently produce 3000 words of quality content daily
· Create unique content for Glen Group's websites, blog, and social media
· Create content that leads to increased sales and online traffic
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of relevant content marketing industry writing experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Applicants who possess experience in B2B are strongly preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with an extreme attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of SEO and best practices for branded writing.
- Strong, efficient research abilities and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and write about complex subjects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
- A creative approach to client briefs and content marketing goals.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with other team members in a office environment.
