US Payroll Management

  • Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for US employees in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records including deductions, benefits, garnishments, and adjustments.
  • Prepare and file payroll tax returns and support W-2, W-4, and 1099 processes.
  • Resolve employee payroll-related queries with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure adherence to FLSA, wage & hour laws, and company policies.Role & responsibilities

Client Invoicing

  • Generate and issue client invoices as per contract terms (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients for timely payments.
  • Reconcile client billing with employee timesheets and ensure accuracy in bill rates and pay rates.
  • Maintain invoicing records for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Address and resolve client billing disputes promptly.

Accounting & Finance

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.
  • Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of proven experience in US payroll, invoicing, and accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of US payroll laws, multi-state taxation, and compliance.
  • Experience with invoicing systems and reconciliation of client accounts.
  • Proficiency in payroll & accounting software (ADP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Paychex, etc.).
  • Strong command of MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
