Responsibilities and Duties

Responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders

  • Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various

product options that are available.

  • Understating client problems
  • Ensures prompt and proper resolution of client queries by providing additional information or

escalating the issue.

  • Managing Online Portals of the clients.(Amazon/Flipkart etc)

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Graduation / Post Graduation- BE/MBA/BBA/BCA/MCA

 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

 Efficient at email and cell communication

 Ability to work as part of a team

  • Can handle many projects/assignments at the same time
