Job Responsibilities
  1. Oversee IT infrastructure projects, ensure adherence to standards, and collaborate with teams.
  2. Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
  3. Manage infrastructure engineers, providing guidance and performance reviews.
  4. Ensure IT systems and networks are reliable, scalable, and secure.
  5. Collaborate with teams to align infrastructure with business goals.
  6. Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices for IT infrastructure.
  7. Oversee projects including upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
  8. Monitor performance and implement improvements as needed.
  9. Prepare and present infrastructure reports to senior leadership.
  10. Implement and enforce security best practices to protect IT assets.
  11. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  12. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Education Requirement

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE), MBA preferred

Experience Requirement

9 - 15 years

Skills & Competencies
  1. Expertise in networking protocols and technologies.
  2. In-depth knowledge of operating systems and virtualization technologies.
  3. Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  4. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  5. Understanding of IT security principles and best practices, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations.
