Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager-Hospitals located in Ranchi. The Program Manager-Hospitals will be responsible for overseeing hospital management projects, practice management, and customer service. The role involves managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication. Day-to-day tasks include planning, implementing and monitoring hospital programs, supporting hospital administrator, and ensuring that all hospital projects meet their objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Practice Management and Hospital Management
  • Strong Mangement and Budgeting skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Capability to work on-site in Ranchi
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Relevant experience in public health or rural development is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field

Salary Range

INR 30-45K depending on skill set, experience and qualifications
