Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and agile person for the Enterprise Resilience Testing Team, based out of India, Chennai.
The position sits within the Enterprise Resilience Testing Team responsible for Denial of Service (DOS) Testing for the Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Managing communication with stakeholders to assure information is shared timely and professionally
- Ownership of Application coordination, end-to-end test planning and execution for Denial of Service (DOS) Tests
- Data Center and Tech Room Site DOS Test, Quarterly and Stand Alone DOS Test, EUC Testing, Production Swing Testing
- Ownership of Business Coordination as part of Lead BRCs Test Planning meetings and provide testing guidance
- Collaboration with Business Coordinator and Business Functionality Testers to validate test results
- Perform post mortem/lesson learnt review with Application Teams for application failures and assure proper categorization in the Enterprise-wide Testing Tool
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on technical recovery and testing capabilities
- Manage Scenario Testing through collaboration with stakeholders (e.g. Business Coordinators, Application Teams, Operational Risk Management, etc)
Qualifications:
- Min. 8-12 years of working experience with at least 3 years in the field of Business Continuity, Enterprise/Operational Resiliency, Risk Management.
- Knowledge of Technology Infrastructure and good understanding of cloud concepts
- Knowledge of Data Center/Technology Room organization structure and processes.
- Understanding of CEAM
- Contribute to continual improvements and enhancements to the DOS Testing Framework
- Collaborative approach to work
- Problem solving skills
- Openness and flexibility to work in changing environment
- Ability to process, analyze and review large data volumes and to present it
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal in English
- Enterprise Resiliency and Operational Resiliency experience would be an advantage
- Knowledge of disaster recovery methodologies and technical testing strategies would be an advantage
- Prompt engineering skills and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools would be an advantage
- Insight of z/OS based Mainframe technology would be an asset
- Ability to lead without authority, coordinate virtual teams.
- Ability to manage challenging and/or conflict situations with stakeholders.
- Capability to work against fixed deadlines and prioritize deliverables.
- Project management skills (eg. project planning, scheduling, scoping, tracking and reporting, critical thinking, decision making)
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
