We are hiring for one of our reputed MNC client based in Pune.

We are looking for candidates with 11+ years of experience in data engineering along with 2+ years of experience in team handling.

Job Description:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a technical team, ensuring effective work allocation and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, DBAs, analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and strategize development timelines.
  • Oversee architectural strategies for data modeling, metadata management, and ETL/ELT environments.
  • Guide the design and implementation of relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
  • Review and optimize existing data architectures; present improvement plans to leadership.
  • Research and incorporate new technologies and data management methods.
  • Oversee application design and development in Java, Python, Groovy, and Google Cloud components.
  • Manage code deployment and DevOps processes on cloud platforms.
  • Prioritize team tasks, manage work pipelines, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
