1. Sales and Customer Management
- Oversee daily sales operations in both retail and wholesale divisions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and walk-in customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
2. Team Leadership and Training
- Manage, guide, and support the sales and showroom staff in achieving goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
3. Inventory and Display Management
- Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure accurate product display, labeling, and pricing in the showroom.
- Monitor stock movements and assist in periodic stock audits.
- Coordinate timely replenishment of fast-moving items and clearance of slow-moving stock.
4. Administrative and Reporting Duties
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit to management.
- Handle administrative tasks such as staff attendance, petty cash, and showroom maintenance.
- Coordinate with accounts and logistics teams for billing, delivery, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist management in planning promotions, offers, and marketing campaigns.
5. Operational Excellence
- Maintain overall discipline, cleanliness, and professionalism in the showroom.
- Ensure smooth coordination between retail, wholesale, and administrative departments.
- Support management in decision-making through timely feedback and data insights.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
